The Debate Club of J/Vembadi Girls’ High School is dedicated to developing students with strong debating ability, logical reasoning, confidence, and public speaking excellence through structured training and participation in school, district, provincial, and national competitions.

The Debate Club regularly carries out the following:

• Bringing together students interested in debate

• Ranking students based on skill and performance

• Appointing a judging panel for evaluation

• Selecting students for different debate competitions

• Building debate personality and stage presence

• Taking students to inter-school and external competitions

• Documenting all activities and achievements

• Engaging teachers and parents in student participation

• Displaying trophies and shields in the school office
